SPINNING®
Spinning is indoor group cycling led by an instructor. You will ride on top-of-the-line stationary bikes with a weighted front flywheel. The classes are non-competitive, are run to high-energy music and are a terrific way to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance and burn calories.

Gravity STRENGTH 
RPM is proud to offer the Gravity Training System (GTS)™. Using the innovative Gravity Training System our instructors will lead small classes to maximize your benefit and enjoyment of this resistance training equipment. In less than an hour, you will enjoy full body strength training, incorporating core stability, stretching and intervals of low-intensity cardiovascular training.

"Get Tough" Bootcamp 
• Get fit for the summer with this high-intensity strength and cardio workout. 6-week sessions, running 4 days/wk. Small classes of 8 or less using a full-range of equipment like BOSU, TRX, kettlebells and more. Pre-registration only!
